AgileBuilder Terms of Service

Welcome to AgileBuilder. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Provider

This service is provided by Taiyuan Yijin Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese name: 太原易锦科技有限公司, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company").

AGILEBUILDER is a brand name under Taiyuan Yijin Technology Co., Ltd., representing our series of development efficiency products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgileBuilder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Service

AgileBuilder is a template-based project generation tool that helps developers:

  • Create and manage project templates
  • Generate standardized project scaffolds
  • Integrate with AI tools via MCP protocol

We offer both free (local/open source) and paid (Pro/Team) versions.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

AgileBuilder, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. The local version is open source under its respective license.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of templates and content you create. By using our cloud services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund guarantee for Pro version users:

14-Day Unconditional Refund

  • Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund unconditionally
  • No reason required; we will process the refund within 3-5 business days

Pro-rata Refund After 14 Days

  • After 14 days, you may still request a refund
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of remaining unused days
  • Formula: Refund Amount = Order Amount × (Remaining Days / Total Subscription Days)

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to wjd8060@gmail.com with your order number and account information
  • We will respond with confirmation within 1-2 business days

Exceptions

  • Team version subscriptions require separate negotiation
  • Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where Taiyuan Yijin Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
