This guide explains AgileBuilder's refund policy.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.
Eligibility:
- Subscription has been active for no more than 7 days
- No paid features have been used (e.g., template marketplace)
- No API calls beyond the free tier
Quality Issues Refund
You may request a refund for quality issues that made the service unavailable:
- Service outage for more than 24 hours continuously
- Core features not working properly
Special Circumstances
Refunds may be requested in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental purchase (must apply within 24 hours)

How to Apply

- Provide your account information and reason for refund
- After approval, the refund is processed back to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

How to Cancel
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
Service After Cancellation
After canceling:
- You can still use paid features for the rest of the current billing cycle
- When the cycle ends, you downgraded to the free version automatically
- Your data is retained for 30 days

Q: How long does a refund take?
After approval, refunds are processed within 1-7 business days.
Q: Can I get a partial refund?
Currently, only full refunds are supported. Partial refunds are not available.
Q: Can I get a refund for a redemption code?
Redemption codes are non-refundable once used.
