Subscription Model

Every workspace in AgileBuilder Cloud is in one of three states:

Free	The default, unpaid state. The workspace is read-only: you can view and use resources, but write operations such as creating or editing are blocked
Trial	A 14-day free trial with the same writable capabilities as Pro
Pro	A paid subscription; the workspace has full read-write access

The local CLI and MCP features are fully open source and free (MIT). Subscriptions only apply to cloud workspaces.

Pricing

Subscriptions are billed annually. Personal workspaces are fixed at 1 seat; team workspaces are billed per seat.

Team cost = per-seat price × number of seats × years.

Free Trial

The trial lasts 14 days, during which the workspace has full Pro writable capabilities.
During the trial, a personal workspace has 1 seat and a team workspace supports up to 10 seats.
Each user and each workspace can use the trial only once. A workspace that already has a Pro subscription does not need — and cannot start — a trial.

Purchasing and Changes

On the billing page in workspace settings, you can:

Subscribe: activate Pro for a personal or team workspace for the first time.
Renew: extend the subscription period with the seat count unchanged.
Add seats: purchase additional seats for a team workspace, prorated against the remaining subscription time; you can also add seats and renew together.
Upgrade: upgrade from the personal plan to the team plan.

Complete payment within 30 minutes of placing an order — unpaid orders expire automatically.

Invoices

Orders in Mainland China are eligible for a fapiao (Chinese invoice).
Global orders are eligible for an invoice.

When a refund succeeds, the associated invoice request is automatically voided. See Refund Policy for the refund process.

Subscription Expiry

When a subscription expires, the workspace returns to the free state: resource data is preserved and can still be viewed and used, but write operations are blocked. Full read-write access is restored immediately upon renewal.

Workspaces whose trial ends without subscribing likewise return to the free, read-only state.
