Manage team members and permissions

Member Roles

AgileBuilder teams support four roles:

Permission Details

Owner Permissions

  • Manage all team settings
  • Manage admin roles
  • Delete the team
  • Perform all operations on behalf of any member

Admin Permissions

  • Manage team templates and documents
  • Manage developer roles
  • Manage team workflows
  • View audit logs

Developer Permissions

  • Use team templates
  • Create and edit their own templates
  • Submit template/document changes (requires approval)
  • Use team documents

Viewer Permissions

  • View team template list
  • View team documents
  • Cannot modify anything

Inviting Members

Method 1: Email Invitation

  1. Go to Team Settings > Member Management
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Send the invitation

Invite Members

  1. Generate an invitation link
  2. Set the link expiration and role
  3. Share the link with members

Method 3: CLI Invitation

Managing Members

Changing Member Roles

  1. Go to Member Management
  2. Find the target member
  3. Click Change Role
  4. Select the new role

Removing Members

  1. Go to Member Management
  2. Find the target member
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm the removal

After removing a member, they will no longer be able to access the team's private resources.


Member Review

If the review feature is enabled, new members need to be approved before joining.

Review Flow

Member Apply → Admin Review → Approve/Reject

Review Settings

Admins can configure:

  • Whether review is required
  • Auto-approve domains (e.g., @company.com)
  • Review notifications

Bulk Operations

Bulk Import

Supports CSV bulk import of members:

Bulk Role Change

  1. Select multiple members
  2. Click Bulk Change Role
  3. Select the new role
