Pricing Calculations
Subscription Period
Subscriptions start from the activation date:
Activation Date: 2024-01-15
Subscription Period: 1 month
Expiration Date: 2024-02-15
Upgrade Calculations
When upgrading, the price difference is prorated based on remaining time:
Scenario: Upgrading on Jan 15 (15 days remaining)
Original Plan: $100/month
New Plan: $200/month
Difference: $200 - $100 = $100
Remaining Time Ratio: 15/30 = 50%
Amount Due: $100 × 50% = $50
Daily Calculations
For periods less than a full month, charges are calculated by actual days:
Days = (Expiration Date - Upgrade Date) / Days in Month
Team Plan Billing
Team plans are billed based on the number of members:

Monthly Fee = Base Monthly Fee + (Member Count - 1) × Per Member Monthly Fee
Example
Base Monthly Fee: $XX
Per Member Monthly Fee: $XX
Member Count: 5
Monthly Fee = XX + (5 - 1) × XX = XX
Member Changes
When adding a member, fees are calculated based on remaining time:
New Member Fee = Per Member Fee × (Remaining Days / Days in Month)
When removing a member, no refund is given for remaining time, but no additional charges apply.

First Purchase Discount
New users get XX% off their first purchase.
Yearly Plan Discount
Choose yearly billing and save the equivalent of two months free.
Group Discount
Contact us for additional discounts on groups of 3 or more.
