Managing Account Bindings

Change your bound email or third-party accounts

Overview

This guide covers how to change the email or third-party accounts bound to your AgileBuilder account.

Changing Your Bound Email

Steps

  1. Log in to AgileBuilder Console
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click Change Email
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Click Send Verification Code
  6. Enter the verification code sent to your new email
  7. Complete the change

Change Email

After changing your email, the new email becomes your login account.

Binding Third-Party Accounts

Bind GitHub

  1. Go to Account Settings > Third-Party Bindings
  2. Click Bind GitHub
  3. Authorize GitHub in the popup window
  4. Binding successful

Bind Google

  1. Go to Account Settings > Third-Party Bindings
  2. Click Bind Google
  3. Authorize Google in the popup window
  4. Binding successful

Unbinding Accounts

Important Note

Before unbinding, make sure you have set a password, otherwise you may not be able to log in.

Unbinding Steps

  1. Go to Account Settings > Third-Party Bindings
  2. Click Unbind
  3. Confirm the unbinding

FAQ

Q: Why can't I bind a third-party account?

Possible reasons:

  • This third-party account is already bound to another AgileBuilder account
  • The third-party account has an unverified email
  • Authorization was denied

Q: Can I still log in after unbinding?

Yes, you can log in using your password or another bound third-party account.
